My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Policies of company is very bad . Every month salary problem and expenses problem company wants there target but without giving salary and main part No time fixed for salary they give salary in part payment

Dislikes

Main dislike working in company they don't have range of products but they want more from distributors and no support in market

NO ethics of official culture No freedom NO job security Even they don't pay employees salary of 2-2 months No future in this company It's just a partune shop. And their rules like same. No career growths You have to sell a local useless products in this competitive markets without branding and promotion.

Nothing, Really a Fraudulent company. Not even called a company in my opinion.

EVERYTHING. Just don't go there, You won't have any job security, No Freedom at the workplace, They Won't pay you fairly either. You will be pressurised every single day for sale & There is Politics in the company which you will get to know. If you enter there Try to find something better for your future, You can not make a future here. It's just a heads up.

Too much thing - No job security -salary deduction (even you are in difficult situation) , too much pressure on ( irrelevant things), bad behaviour with employees (treat like slave) , toooooo much politics here (boss with hr ), irresponsible and illiterate managements (sorry no management here) only 2 person running this company only boss & his Hr. Whose unable to do that, every time they are only planning against the employee..
