uncalled for frequent decisions by management your work life sometime could be embarrassed, Growth culture not very well , work culture not up to the mark.

Supporting of Directors to each employee in every aspects of works and courage them to fulfill the same in a positive way.

Dislikes

Interfering of Directors in all insignificant matters and above all gave priority the lame man who are harmful for the conpany and for whom the good employees leaving the company.

Very much experienced upper management. Awesome owner -practical & forward thinking. Plant head & Q.C head are like mentors. Rest assured they will make you industry ready.

No canteen facility. No staff accommodation. I can not find any other point to dislike.

Freedom of work, you can involve any kind of job which is not of your department. You can enhance your skills to..

Dislikes

As per your responsibility you wouldn't be able to get hike and promotions.. not good for technical background.. and your qualifications doesn't matter here... You will not get any facilities for pickup and pickdrop ...no canteen , no good toilet for staffs... mainly marwari get good promotions and hikes if you come with a reference..mediclam not available
