The organisation has a flexible work time and management interactions are very good.

Worst job security, dehired employees e 3 times in last one year. Learning opportunities are very less, employees not aligned to vision and goal.

1.Good response from central team so easily will close dispute from the buyer end

Job security is poor. Every two months the incentive system and the target keep changing so it becomes very difficult to achieve the targets.
