I was given WFH, I learn a bit from reading code but no support from company side I got a friend from udit , now we are working together in 3rd company

... much. no agile /scrum or Jira board was followed no git branching was followed. no Be team and outdated PHP was used in BE for one project there was a list Api but to delivered that a freelancing BE guy use to take 1-2 weeks Forget salary mind you this is another big drawback, I worked for 3 months with 0 pay is this all bad? wait It keep getting worst No support for background verification So, u won't even get exit formalities documents to verify in your next company nor he will reply to company mail to verify your service No job security, so let's say u are getting 15k, for company like UD IT Solution it's a very big amount and they will fire you if they don't have any work for 15 days or if they find someone work for 10k. After working in UD IT Solution both me and my friend have removed its experience from resume There is a lot more to say but I think above points should be enough for you to make a decision
