I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Worst company they are fraudsters they cheat ppl by taking money and they say that they will give job and salary but the reality is we only get paid for ppl who join...and tht too nt the full amount... pathetic experience i paid ,6-7 k as registration fee but they looted us

Depends on you what input are giving in it.if you give more input then will make more income.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high . Sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hours stray in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual unique strength , which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times .

There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

No certainty in work and salary. Engineering graduates pls dont even try this job. Totally unsatisfying. They ll insist us to pay rs 1000 before joining and 4500 later which is very bad as we cant claim that money ever again.

Good work environment and culture teammates are suppportive and the management is transparent . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year..😊
