Ucal Fuel system Pvt Ltd ia a good and neat company because I have choosen many companies but limited to say companies are maintaining neat on behalf of neatness and safety measures I choose UCAL Fuel system Pvt Ltd as a 1st position......!

The only disadvantages is not I'm saying as disadvantages. I'm saying that as a consequences in salary because we can't complete the life as a little amount of payable so we choose some other companies as salary more and resigning.

First of all salary is very poor 10k only, this generation not suitable for this money, food is not quality, not good tea glasses, cafeteria is worst, I'm first class with destintion for diploma autombile but not used my qualification mark, I'm 3 years experience for this company but not salary increment.... Etc

supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good

Dislikes

management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is good innovation and readily adopts latest auto mechanic. I love the fact that I am working statifa is very good and good food and working nice person and some time production based .

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Work pressure time based production . Supervisor is time delay go work and protection

Ucal working culture is unique, employees are getting Murli skill exposure and also excellent performer are getting chance to work at Ucal USA unit.

Compensation are averaged, growth of moderate, high work pressure but working hours' are normal.
