...tunately, there are several issues that make it an undesirable place to work: 1. Pathetic Salary: The compensation is far below industry standards. Despite the high workload and expectations, there is no fair pay for the effort and time put in. Raises and bonuses are almost non-existent, and there is no incentive for working hard. 2. Lack of Growth: There is absolutely no room for career development or progression. Whether you’re an entry-level employee or have been here for years, it’s a dead-end job. The company doesn't offer opportunities for learning, upskilling, or promotions. 3. Rampant Favoritism: The company’s culture is dominated by favoritism. It’s not about your skills or dedication, but who you know. Management plays favorites, offering promotions and perks only to those in their inner circle, completely disregarding the efforts of other employees. 4. No Career Opportunities: There is no clear career path, and management makes no effort to help employees achieve their professional goals. The absence of mentorship or guidance leaves employees feeling stuck with no hope for advancement. 5. No Recognition: Hard work is rarely acknowledged, and any contributions you make go unnoticed. It’s demotivating to consistently give your best, only to be ignored or overshadowed by favoritism and poor leadership. 6. Pathetic Leadership: The leads and managers are, frankly, ineffective. They lack vision, communication skills, and any real leadership abilities. Instead of inspiring the team, they contribute to the toxic environment, adding to the frustration and discontent among employees. Overall, working at Ubisoft has been a deeply unsatisfying experience. If you value growth, fair compensation, recognition, and competent leadership, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
