Excellent top management.and good support from teammates recently after Heineken taking charge training level has increased to higher level Good job security.appraisal is ok like not excellent and not bad . Work environment is very good but challenging . Best company for innovation. Work life balance is up to you . How you manage yourself. Work efficiently and finish your job and leave no issues. Any how I like my company very much. That why I am completing almost 23 years in this company. Never thought this company as somebody else company while working for so many years it gives me feeling that this organisation is mine q

Heineken being a global brand the involvement of the global team helped in the strategic direction of the brand.

Dislikes

The overall culture is very traditional mindset and rigid. There is no strategic approach or working style for the long term of both brand and self. People don't want to see the larger picture and take lot of pride thinking they are leaders in the category.
