I don't like working at UB Engineers, This company hire me for multipurpose and I want to work in my field as safety supervisor or officer not as housekeeper or helper

There was Team work. training was provided before the new assignments. I was the head of the legal and taxation team of the company at Delhi. I traveled to the most of the states in India on account of my job of Legal and Taxation. There was homely work cultural in the company and I was discharged from the services due the the reason that company went into liquidation under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

...iate boss and shown to the Employee before submitting with the higher authority. The management was keen to increase the salary but due to the heavy losses suffered by the Projects, the salary could not be increased as expected. No politics at our level. I traveled to most of the states on account of my job of the legal and taxation. Good work environment and innovative and healthy work-life balance.

UB enginnering ltd. Is the best company.I have learned a lot about this company.But the work of the project where I worked was finished.So I want to learn something new and work on new company

I was fresher but company never made me feel that, no work pressure, but targets and task assigned to be finished before date, good work is alwaya appreciated and many a times rewarded in terms financial growth and promotio which also motivates pemployee ro perform better

Good teammates, believes in teamwork. Periodical training as per departmental requirement. Secured job. No compromise in growth of deserving. Yearly review of work and appraisal and appropriate enhancement both in position and emoluments. Travel as and when required. No internal politics. Perfect chances of learning especially for new comers. Cordial and cooperative working atmosphere. Innovation is always there... ...
