No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Nothing for like Worst work culture

Dislikes

Management and hr not able to handle employees .. Lots of politics against employees and Favouritism... Always have a fund issue No job security Company policy changes as per their convenient they think only benefit of company not about employees .. No value for old as well new employees also Hr CEO is lier ... Running company like proprietorship.. Suggesting never join this company anyhow..

You don't have to see anyone at all.

Dislikes

There are forms of micro-management. Apart from that they never make their payments on time. So if you do plan on working with U2L academy then please remember that you'll always owe them something all the time.
