Pure lala company,top manegement is always busy to please owner. Usually they trap employee on the name of Berger paints. But uk paints is totally different from Berger paints. They can fire u any time . If u want to learn politics then come here

My job is secured in this company. Because they have signed to me on the 2 year bond.

Dislikes

It pay for hard work (Over time) to employees only 22.5 rupees per hour. This is very less amount for hard work. It does not give the other benefits like safety.

Discipline & healthy work atmosphere, salary always before/on time .

Retired & Contractual employees create a suspicious atmosphere for other new employees & they want themself to drive the show holding the steering.

Its like a other companies who are living less salary with less trouble. Seasonal work is very hectic, high pressure in all department hoeveel remunerations and salary are very low. However company believe to retail their employees for long time.

Plant level politicis due to incompetant persons sitting on the strategic posts.
