Very worst management where no food, no canteens, no trasports, no good washroom facilities, no employee welfare, No increments, 3yrs bonds for every staffs n workers, no good pay-scales for all especially for engineers who work as worse than coolie workers.very strict for all if we enter gate late by even 2 mins, will be restricted out of gate.

Plant is good, onner is very good. Old management is not up to mark. Only GM sir very polite. plant head DGM is very good. Very different environment in this plant. No one want to change. There are a lot of possibility to change.

Dislikes

Company business going down day by day. Plant not runs constantly. Work hungry emplyee can't handle the situation. He is only manufacturer in country then sale is less. Big quistion on marketing team. 130 cr population's country then sale is decreasing to kya chand par bechoge.😆
