UCSKM feels like home to its employees. I have been working here as a Computer Teacher since 2011. I have witnessed very healthy work culture here which keep people glued to the institution. Relations between management and teachers are cordial. A transparent and stable management system has been developed over the years. Faculty is experienced and qualified. So, I will highly recommend this school for career growth along with peace of mind.

Dislikes

I am yet to find a thing which I can dislike in the school. Its almost perfect.

l am working in this school from 18/01/2005 till date 10/03/2021 . I feel UCSKM as my home as every member of UCSKM family stand with me during my tough time. School is equipped with ATL LAB,PHYSICS,CHEMISTRY, ENGLISH and MATHS Lab . Best school in BHIWADI for safety of girls , producing 100 % board results ,Preparing engineer,doctors,charted accountantsf for betterment of nation from last 23 years. Our students also helps needy people as I observed from my personal experience

Such a supportive management and work culture which never found anywhere. And each and every Teacher focuses on not only the completion of syllabus but focuses on the over all development of each and every child.

UCSKM School under the guidance of a visionary and caring Principal Dr. Prabhat Kaushik is an excellent place to work as here teachers are not treated as employees but as a family members. All the heads and management are very supportive.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
