this company me ye problem hai ki n salary increase hoti n promosion hoti hai or Purana persion ko to promosion hona chahiye tha or es company me yahi galt hai ki promotion nhi hota hai

Their is lots of politic and manage ment doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Let me explain in brief this is small Chinese Start -up and will be closed as seen current scenario of company conditions not single policy will this guys made in favour of company employees not recommended for any Employee to do job in this type of Chinese company

Dislikes No job security Non responsive and Arrgumetive Management Lack of hygiene and good Quality food Poor transport services Lack of Appraisals Lack of performance track record by Superiors and HR also Lot of politics between seniors and new commers in so I don't like this company

This is Chinese group they not follow any system for work, whenever I said to my boss for improve system in our department, he said this is Chinese company here not follow any system, if you want carrier growth please change your job ASAP otherwise you will not get any Opportunity
