Only a good vibe which we can create while working in a store interacting with the customers.

Everything, specially the mental torture by the ppls who calls themselves the operational heads and does nothing only use to see the CCTV recordings and to drop SS of that in a particular group even when we are attenfing the customers they use to call just to say that You are the Manager you should look what your staff is doing and what not, if you are the manager there then it's just for name sake, rest all the things in the store you should have to do according to them as a manager you dnt have any right to make decissions or to give weekoffs to your staffs as well it was not an Experience for me but it was a Horrifying Trauma which i wish no one should have a experience off... and the Management here was like never listening to their staffs and not even the Managers, and that is the reason no one likes to work here more than 3/4 months and if some one completes 6 months in this company they desreves a award for tolerance👏

The HR and Manager didn't give the payment and there is corruption inside because the policy doesn't work on the outlet there is no employee right in the company the HR and Manager are doing everything all they like
