Brand that does nothing for its employees

Dislikes

Job security is the top most issue with the brand they hire on third-party payroll, one of the most unsecured brand to work with in terms of job security and growth. They don't provide any of the facilities mentioned below reason being many (not on company payroll, company policies) . They have not paid my PF( provident fund) even after 1 year of resigning from job

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
