I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

On the positive side the company offers the great work life balance. Employee generally enjoy flexibility and the team is very supportive and friendly. Employees working here are cooperative and good natured.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Leadership particularly under Navneet (Co-Founder), lacks proper work ethics. Her behavior towards employee is unprofessional which creates discomfort working with her. Additionally, Job security is a frequent concern as the company has gone through numerous layoffs often without much notice.

They don’t understand medical emergency of employees and there is no timing of work shift,sometimes i have to work 17-18 hours a day and after that they guys not satisfied with the work , so much work pressure, always demotivated
