I logged at morning 9.45 AM and i logged out by 10.00 PM. If you working in this company your schedule will be totally change. You doesn't think about work life balance. Only you think about work only.

Partiality in promotion and hike. Hierarchy is as per role is not maintained. In my team only working collegues is not doing his work properly they gossip another person. They doesn't follow the team work

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Also asking to work on weekends

The job security is good. I learned new technology. I very happy to say "its good environment to learn new concept". I worked lot of technology and skill set. But, the management is very bad approach to employee. The work culture not good.
