...architects and pmc. No work ethics. This company is fit for government projects. For salary you never get it. Don't get fooled they will do a induction in head office and all. But when you are back to work the scene is different. They want business without product and support. Please guys don't spoil your carrier joining here.

by deducting salary of each employee from 30 % to 60 % from march 2020 to till date(23.12.2020) there Indian promoter including MD are CHOR, they are not settled f&f of their Ex employees.

There is no support due to covid 19 They terminate me and stop my FNF, also send me legle notice for outstanding collection told me deposit 4.39 lacs RS. At company account they are harressing me i am very disappointed with stellar (TFC)

their is growth no dought, but your skill is develop at certain period , manager is very supportive

their inter structure is very poor, HR police running based on 2009 year not giving increment on work bases and talent bases not provide gratuity

First of all they do promise like parents do with children so children can listen them trust them and follow the guided things. Once their work over they will deny all their promises, they are expert on that. This is their talent and i learnt alot and appreciate it.

AKA making fool to the owners he simply create problems in the company (which can be solved on the desk) and then solve legally and become hero infront of owners. H didn't know anything about law. H is just focusing on justifying himself in the company by crushing poor employees.
