On time salary ,pf. Not much pressure as I am into government project dealing with equipment maintenance of government hospitals. I am in temporary payroll and fixed two year tenure.

Nothing much but due to project nature ,no job security as I am Biomedical guy and tvsscs has only one project dealing with my experience.

Good work environment and culture, Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent, Company policies are not bad they give not Good sallry and no give any bonus and no give any opportunities they are join for us on the basses of contractor base party and no any carrier opportunities with third party।

Even Saturday WFH and odd Saturday off. My reporting boss is supportive.

I joined TVSSCS for a specific role, and the company HR offered me a salary based on that job profile, clearly stating the amount they offer for that role. However, after 4 months, they changed my department, roles, and responsibilities, significantly increasing my workload. When I checked, I found that the salary for this new role is much higher than what I am currently receiving. I am now fully confused about the situation.

...we are getting unpaid for half day. We are not able to work stress free at all. They are constantly threatening us by saying they will hold our salary and replace us. The environment where I work is totally toxic.
