They will not give salary as per agreement if you ask them they will blo blo to you.but 31 or 1st your salary will creadit 3 month Notice period because they will bloc you by your salary give them 3 month salary or 3 month you have to work even if you got a better opportunity. ...y senior no tension , no pressure and company policies is very good but one que. when you appoint a person as a CL after completing 6 - 7 month make sure to keep him on pay roll bcoz he expected only that his job were secure .

Compensation is decent, growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Some time we have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day. Managers do not value an individual unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.
