Good Systems followed, Good Relationship & working environment, Learning lot of thing's like technical and system related. During covid pandemic - SFL supporting finincial related to each and everyone. Customer relationship is good.

Dislikes

Same experience person but salary difference is too high (more than 80% difference). Promotion some one as get every two years once and some one not get even after 4years also. Mobile phonennot allowed inside the factory but all the employees are bring their gizmo and used during their shift working time also. Discipline is not good in Contract labour's, Contract labour's in & out time not followed correctly, Some contract labour's(North Indians and Local guys) using Hans (போதைப்பொருட்கள்) - Need to be followed the organization rules strictly.

Good work environment and culture.company policies are good.salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

It's ok and acceptable ...but the preventive steps taken by the company is very lazy.good environment and there is no performance appraisal.rare job security ..worst work given for engineers ..there is no respect for engineers

A good learning school & for those who work to the core, company supports very well. Compensation is fair enough to survive that's it we can say.

Dislikes

HR doesn't reviews the salary of a person working on a level to the new comer on the same level which causes self disgrace to the existing employment. Allowances are age old which needs to be revised to the present inflation level.
