After resign this company I am very happy this is not company this is not tvs rubber factory this is only evil factory, TVS OWNER PLEASE CHANGE BACKEND TEAM EXECUTIVE FACES MANY PROBLEM NOT SUPPORT FROM MANAGEMENT AND BACKEND TEAM 🙏

...market company backend team not pickup your phone and not respond email also, 4.paid salary not in time and all expenses paid delay and deduction, 5.worst behaviour huge politics always ignore problem faced executive in market.

The company not deserve likes because they not respect customers time and sales executive hardwork. Only want order

Salary and expenses given not in time deducted expenses when you submit. Customer service is very bad after order placed they are not supply 70 percent materials and wrong materials supply issues not provide any credit note after supply wrong materials even distributor managers and owners call not receiving not reply any mail. sales head Vaishnavi kj is very dirty/bad person in tvs rubber factory they not respond sales executive always playing politics and lying. When I call this person vaishnavi kj customer facing problem told they ignore not provide any monthly ledger, not provide any bill, not given any details to customers mails They work as a government employee

Top Management treat their employees as part of Family and they provide lot of benefits to employees like annual incentive, medical support, children education support trainings

Current Organization structure and very old philosophy followed experienced management employees treat their subordinates very disgusted. Poor guidance and blame culture not developing team work.
