Nothing much to like about this company

...rom client, based on client the shift is from 11:30 Am to 10 or even 11 Pm. Also you will get to work on Saturdays and even on Sundays without any pay or comp off. Management here agrees to what ever the client asks them.

They gave a Bluetooth Speaker :D.

...personal headphones and mouse). They don't have any quarterly team allowance. They just pay your salary, And you should not be asking anything apart from that. They change rules frequently for their benefit. They will put on hold peoples appraisal for 2-3 months, saying they are in review so that they can save some money from it(you don't get them as arrears). They will promise mid-year appraisal and when you wait for it and ask. they will suddenly say that mid-year appraisal is cancelled And we will compensate on March. And in March they will make sure you will get them only in June or July :p. Some times when you are part of appraisal suddenly Hr will call you and say you are not eligible for this appraisal for some reason and give them fake promise that they will get it on mid-year appraisal (which got cancelled previous year :D)

Dislikes

Lack of admin support, outdated systems, lack devices(supporting equipments for development) Very very poor job security Losing projects by expecting much revenue, neglecting projects except US projects Very short deadlined and less resource allocated projects. Mostly you have to work alone for whole project, improper resources management. Some people only getting more stuff to work project, remain people should be on bench. Non technical people as leads. You should not expect appraisal. Worst appraisal system Finally if you want releive from the company, you may lose your respect from the company. They wont think about how you worked and how much effort you gave to company

City main area all accessible,Good Atmosphere.

Dislikes

There is no employees welfare, no care,no new projects, over politics, managers are not knowledgeable people, sales team nothing bring new projects. Management not hold talented people,only spy people can stay long.
