Just throwing stones around. HR people asks for money to new joiners HR people makes false commitments No pay benefits for extra work time Leaves depends on Boss approval and they deny mostly

... of doing any work and there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salty hike and bonus every year and our manager T.Jayaprakash Reddy is very kind hearted person we like him very much he is very talented and always he supportive for team

They given low salrys for staff otherwise everything is ok in our office we are very happy to work in Tvs motors

...agement is transparent. There is a huge Caterina and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

First & foremost is the learning process behind the work done, the compensation & benefit & overall job security

All good except the work pressure, it is tremendous...you can't expect to have work life balance if you are stepping into TVS motor. Every now & then management reviews without clarity on scope of work , that too with an extremely short notice & once you are ready for the presentation the scope of work will get change & you have to re do the same work...to fullfil the requirement from top management employees need to give 200-300% of their bandwidth,sometimes (monthly twice) they keep on working 20hrs/day continuously for 5-7days.... Other days approximately 12hrs on average. Food will be served but no transport facility for those who are working day & night. Its really risky to drive down if you have not slept since 4-5days due to this deadly work pressure.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

As I am expecting my future career is good in TVS COMPANY.. But, as I am expecting my Salary package & my future growth is slow. Because my Experience in AUTOMOBILES INDUSTRY is very HIGH.
