Job expections are more. And the role need to 10-12 hours works. Also salary is less as per work. Person need to work on Saturday and Sunday also.

Salary and incentives are best in the coutry i would say you can earn 100% of your salary as incentives every month Industry salary 100 in tvs you get 150 As attrition rate is too high

Odd hours working . Fake entries enquiries sales system still exist and you was forced to do that You have to work on or odd timings
