They given low salrys for staff otherwise everything is ok in our office we are very happy to work in Tvs motors

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

As I am expecting my future career is good in TVS COMPANY.. But, as I am expecting my Salary package & my future growth is slow. Because my Experience in AUTOMOBILES INDUSTRY is very HIGH.

Poor HR commitments Unprofessional Culture Boss Driven Culture No systems & Processes Extreme Pressure & Micro-Management No Clarity with organisation with what to do & how to do. Just throwing stones around. HR people asks for money to new joiners HR people makes false commitments No pay benefits for extra work time Leaves depends on Boss approval and they deny mostly
