No job security, if you're boss is not satisfied, they'll straight fire the employee No HR practices is there, HR is only for the sake of Name, if any escalation done to HR, HR told that talk to your manager. No personal life, no job security no Exit interview conducted High attrition at TM service level in last year due to non genuine pressure Total blackmailing done in this company with employees RSM and HR will judge you on the verbatim of your boss no direct interaction will be done in this company

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
