I like the working culture here, products and entire team. In TVS lots of things to learn and execute in carrier as well as in life

Im not satisfied with my salary which paid from TVS for my job or this job profile as Town Executive akka TM.

Good Salary package to MBA grads. good learning opportunities if you have a good manager

Very poor opportunity for growth, favouritism, Extensive travelling, Good for bachelors with no life outside office. Make you work till midnight and even on weekends. Corruption is in their culture and even the top management is okay with this crooked way of working.

...agement is transparent. There is a huge Caterina and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Tvs motor company offers good compensation, incentives are good , work culture is ok.

...you need to do jobs other than sales too , mis system structure is also poor. If you need good compensation and not work life balance go for this company otherwise not since they require to work on saturday and sundays too.
