Just throwing stones around. HR people asks for money to new joiners HR people makes false commitments No pay benefits for extra work time Leaves depends on Boss approval and they deny mostly

...rtive and the management is trasparent. There is a small cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

They need to improve in salary part. Rest everything is more than great. Especially the way they tc of GETs We were treated as there own kids Miss working there. Would have never left, if personal problems were not there.

Dislikes

Salary and limited food option. Though food was healthy and tasty but for north indian crowd eating SI food daily is pain. Atleast a paid canteen should be there.

Salary and incentives are best in the coutry i would say you can earn 100% of your salary as incentives every month Industry salary 100 in tvs you get 150 As attrition rate is too high

Odd hours working . Fake entries enquiries sales system still exist and you was forced to do that You have to work on or odd timings
