There is a lot of politics. Carear growth is slow. While working with R&D they dominates us. Poor response from R&D while solving issues.

Salary and incentives are best in the coutry i would say you can earn 100% of your salary as incentives every month Industry salary 100 in tvs you get 150 As attrition rate is too high

Odd hours working . Fake entries enquiries sales system still exist and you was forced to do that You have to work on or odd timings
