I love the fact that I am a part of a team markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.as a result,I get to travel abroad,especially to the US and Canada.but on site travel is completely dependent on your project and clients location.mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto hence I got a b1visa quickly.I like employee re like policy hear

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes,I have to work14-18 hours straight in a day I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.managers do not value an individual's unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.I do receive appreciation emails from my clients,but mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.also there is no on job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step,which is a pain sometimes

1. Partial Management 2. Unprofessional behavior 3. Unnecessary pressure 4. Trying to pressurized you to achieve the targets then they will get bonus not you

I worked as a neem trainee in BMW paint shop department for three years. After that I wanted to work but I didn't get that chance

Some supervisor are rude in behaviour.didnt get my 1 year experience letter .changing department without permission or by not informing.no education basis job offering .

...agers only think about jobs. no support, we need learn by swimming in the sea. Worst is the last month salary + settlement money not received till, it was nearly 3 months after I releived from the job
