I feel happy to work with tvs motors. I work their as a salesman but i take all responsibility of manager. The owner of tvs motor satisfied with me. He is also trust me. They also send me out of district for do some deals. I do all deals in tvs motors like sell something bikes or motors. And also talk with suppliers and dealers.

My office time is 9.00 am to 5.00 am Yes i am do job not on fix time. I attend calls anytime of dealers but my salary low so i left the job.

Salary and incentives are best in the coutry i would say you can earn 100% of your salary as incentives every month Industry salary 100 in tvs you get 150 As attrition rate is too high

Odd hours working . Fake entries enquiries sales system still exist and you was forced to do that You have to work on or odd timings
