Company management is worst,heavy torture,need to work daily avg 10 to 11 hours some time it extends . Production hike time there is no holiday in Sunday also. Those who are did BE or Mtech ,don't go for this, otherwise they will treat you as a robot

Work culture/management. Need to do overtime work without salary for over time. Higher level management treat you like a labour.

Just throwing stones around. HR people asks for money to new joiners HR people makes false commitments No pay benefits for extra work time Leaves depends on Boss approval and they deny mostly

I like tvs motor company, good salary, safety environment, food and transportation speciality is good.

I worked as a neem trainee in BMW paint shop department for three years. After that I wanted to work but I didn't get that chance

is very gd manufacturing industry. gd work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management id transparent

salary is decent but career growth os slow company there is a mo politics management is gd but other is bad

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary bike and bonus every year.

There is a politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not new joiners.
