Toxic Work culture . No respect for individuals. Have to devote yourself , your life and soul from 7am to 11pm across 365 days. No time for personal things . Even if family member dies , you have to work like you doesn't care about anything other than company.

No holidays, Saturday and Sunday you have to work. Even on leaves, you must be available on phones and on MS teams Most meetings are organized on leaves and holidays. No job security, if you're boss is not satisfied, they'll straight fire the employee No HR practices is there, HR is only for the sake of Name, if any escalation done to HR, HR told that talk to your manager. No personal life, no job security no Exit interview conducted High attrition at TM service level in last year due to non genuine pressure Total blackmailing done in this company with employees RSM and HR will judge you on the verbatim of your boss no direct interaction will be done in this company
