There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On yhe job training is not given to new joiners.

I'm working here last 2 years but my basic salary never increase why ? How can a recovery executive survive in 7100 rs salary. No incriminate for recovery executive which type of police fro recovery executive ! Reply must I'm waiting !

There is a lot of castism and pollitics The management dose not address our issues salary base is very decant but selection process is very tough for new joining 2year before which we can resign
