1. They have to improve the technologies IT. 2. There is no normalization so only we need to consider the salary at the joining period itself.

I am workin at tvs credit for last 6 years i am satisfied with good working firm in india leading company at tvs credit. Working atmosphere is very good. Getting to build systems/make changes that make a major difference to field.Feels awesome getting appreciation from the business users when the benefits are achieved.The speed feels like a startup.

One thing is salary is very low that is main problem in this company.

This company culture is like that you have mortgaged yourself in the company. They have on board HR policies , leave policies and bla bla everything.. But in real life those are for policies in paper only. If you will ask for a leave they pretend like you have asked for your supervisor's property. They don't even bother that whether your facing any strategic issue in the field. My suggestion is that if you have any other option please don't join in this company.

Dislikes

This companies compensation structure is worst in the industry. Even after an year's full of work pressure and toughness they will give u appraisal of mare 3-9 %.
