Company is good but it is not suitable for career growth and persons who need better compensation and benefits.

It is feels like working at distribution or dealer network.eventhough the travelling expenses are not given by the company if you are not achieving the targets.Also for official travel employees has to spent his own money due to very least amount only given by the company if you achieved your targets only.

Poor Management, 24*7 work,no job security, no leave, really the designation is Regional Manager but no use, you will face mentally distrub, this job is 24*7 that no will tell you, this is trap. I suggest never join this company

Almost three years crossed with TVS. The support from them is good. Need to learn so much from this organisation.

...s like increments or incentives when If you complete the targets what they gave. If in this organisation I will motivate lesser than others by this increments and salary hike process.. that's only small worry.

Family health insurance coverage, job security

Dislikes

Fully corrupted politics, no work life balance, have to work 24*7, manager will grante your leaves but you have to work on leaves and need to attend phone calls, if not in next working day you will be cornered for even a useless things, have to be in office before 9 am and have to leave after 8 pm, official travelling they will plan most on Sunday morning and have to start on the same day night no exception.

It is a company without any knowledge in sales and marketing of the products they were selling. It is feeling like working in a grocery shop.

Dislikes

Incapable bosses, least knowledge about sales and marketing, actually this is a trading company so they need more profit for their trading products, inter caste politics issues.
