Company is growing rapidly. Senior Management is very cooperative. Salary was on time throughout Covid. Supported employees during Covid for medical emergency, Provided free pick and drop and food to employees during Covid. No salary deduction for those who were not assigned work for few months during Covid. supportive

Corporate HR team has no professional approach. They spoil the work culture and practices though management is cooperative.

Monopoly Thinking and working way issues from Northindia and south india .No proper company policy. and company policies changes every six months. 60 days notice period from peon level to manager level . NO EL ENChasement. Unplanned everything. Last moment plan.and work pressure..

Since its a small channel, you will be expected to learn a lot of things across different departments and contribute likewise. Hence you will learn a lot quickly.

Dislikes

Very long work hours are a problem and it is quite difficult to get a leave. The pay is also very bad and there are no incentives at all. You will find very less job satisfaction and often the good work done by you is spoiled by others since its a team effort. Work is never ending while the pay remains the same. Most people working in the company will tell you this - " A good place to learn, but a terrible place to stay. "

Unprofessional people, unprofessional approach towards work, mediclaim is too less for the employee who is under 7lakh,,,it's has to be good and same for all employees. Half parking charges has to bear by employees, they can't able to provide basic facilities to their employees, in the event of emergency or accident while working for company or inside company,the company has no facility to take care ,that is pathetic.etc....
