Very long work hours are a problem and it is quite difficult to get a leave. The pay is also very bad and there are no incentives at all. You will find very less job satisfaction and often the good work done by you is spoiled by others since its a team effort. Work is never ending while the pay remains the same. Unprofessional people, unprofessional approach towards work, mediclaim is too less for the employee who is under 7lakh,,,it's has to be good and same for all employees. Half parking charges has to bear by employees, they can't able to provide basic facilities to their employees, in the event of emergency or accident while working for company or inside company,the company has no facility to take care ,that is pathetic.etc....
