TUV is not employee friendly company. It’s just a brand name but there is nothing for the employees and their growth. Management is always trying to follow use and throw policy with employees. TUV is not good for a good talent candidate.

Management don’t think about the facilities of employees, they always try to hold your bills and salary. If you want to resign, management will not give you proper relieving.

...proprietary organization, but here it's totally different what they have said. No Insurance for employees family members, salary will differ by every month( what they given in appointment order salary package will not reflect in your pay slip) This is not a good platform for grow parallely with organization, they(management) sucking the employees blood from the core and enjoying it. Not making good environment, no job security, company policy is to grow high without employees welfare.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is more politics. The management staff's are aspect without responsibility and within hike salary. Here only expose company reputation. Again and again telling this is MNC, but treated very small industries level. Also engineers salary like a day labour's. Very worst contribution from some head's manner and quality knowledge.

...will be used, also if the project get's Stop they will ask u for resignation.. Also if u have no project they will not give salary.. totally discusting culture.. Short term thinking HR work in Tuv nord group,they don't care their employees.
