For digital marketers, this company is not good. Management wants daily quality leads through paid ads. Also, they expect within 1month SEO should be done. Management expectations are too high. They don't have proper knowledge. Unnecessary pressure is given to the employee. Daily meetings related to quality leads. They don't want SEO. They only want to lead every day. It is my humble request not to join as a digital marketer who is planning to join this organization. TutorComp is an 11-year-old company but still, this company is a startup company.
