Salary not sure every month ,there is no perticular date to get salary, TA is terrific if you claim as per expense proof ,you will get half or nothing ,Also not sure to get FNF after resignation

Nothing to like. You get hired, then all of a sudden VP Mr. Chandan Bose fires you. And Mr. Alok the HR is of no work other than skipping his communication.

Dislikes

Salary credits on end of the month. No fixed model of working. The Directors change their mind all of a sudden. The Recruitment Manager Nabaneeta convinces you to join, but when problem comes she stops responding to your calls. Please do not join this company.

Likes

The people including managers are flexible with timings if you are a subject matter expert. But if you are an animator or artist, life is gonna be hard. You may be expected to stay back all night. Work is easy and colleagues and management is co-operative. Work timings are flexible and employees can sleep on the job. Lunch timings are also not fixed can you can eat when hungry.

Dislikes

...et the most work done out of fresh graduatesby paying them less and duping them. They advertise a high salary and pay lower after you join. They cut pay for not wearing Id cards and for other useless reasons. They credit salary of previous month after 29th of current month hence technically making you work double for half the pay.

I have the opportunity to learn how to present online classes with graphics. I have learned multiple jobs like script writing, brief giving, video preview, content writing etc.

Dislikes

There is no work security there. Each month we used to got our salary by 20th day of the month, which is very bad. Moreover, they used to cut off their employees without any valid reason. They had a big mismanagement handling the subject teachers and the reason behind this was the HODs who misused their power and positions by giving favor to their most liked employees. There was no work appreciations and zero increments in these two years. My overall experience is very bad here.

...nd showing false hope to investors. 2. Taking unnecessary people in the company. He doesnt even know how will he pay the salary. He also has character problem. He melts too much towards female employees.
