...the client to avoid pain points like coordination for resolving differences. 3. Bad appraisals - The increment on salary given to a High performer and a low performer is almost same. No use of working extra hours, shifts. 4. Designations - the designations given to manager level person from lnt is engineer level. project managers from gulf experience are given engineer designation. irrelevant to indian market. 5. opaque company policies and decisions - management will never tell you about your tenure on the project. you will not be informed until the last moment when you will neither have your job nor a new job to support your family.

Good work environment and highly motivated managers who are always ready to share their knowledge to their subordinates.

Dislikes

Our company is not into managing infra projects even after many opportunities. Recommend to start managing for that sector as well.

Likes

Good work environment, good rapport with clients. Supportive teammates and approachable management. Due to being posted at client location, recreational activities are very limited, but management organises interaction outings and parties so that all the employees get together and gel well.

Dislikes

YoY increment could have been more.
