Work culture internal to the company is ok. Nothing to complain about. For office work, the culture is good. For site work it depends on your Reporting manager. Job security is very poor. People lose their jobs with a notice of 30 days 60 days as per their agreement.

Dislikes

1. Job security 2. Initially salary is good but then the growth in salary is really low. 3. Designation given to the staff is more inline with the US and international structure and not related to the indian system. Company will hire MEP manager from other company and will give designation of MEP engineer.

Turner is good company also great working environment and supportive staff during covid time company give every employee appraisal and salary.Company give training to every employee and want all are lead the project as project manager.

After project completion company retain some new employees.

Freedom to work, resourceful organization, Ethical and highly professional work culture

Dislikes

Internal politics, No promotions, no designations, CTC too less compared to US counterparts, No targeted trainings , only trainings like FCPA, harassment prevention which are more mandatory in nature, no investment in employees, Few employees given preferential treatment like WFH , promotions and others are neglected. Few employees are forced to work on Saturdays

The working culture in the Turner is average. HR and Admin is not supportive in most of the time they enforced their decisions on the employees. admin department does not facilitate the employees most of the time they are cutting basic facilities. And the management are not looking into it, they only focus on how to make client happy. Company overall process is very good but team INDIA not following the culture properly.
