None of the things is good at this organisation they called it a startup but they have a lot of politics they hire poor girls and boys and treat them as slave and all of them work just because they need to run the house and if anyone takes action they will threaten them.

Dislikes

They do not have any proper management, they just higher a Team leader without any prior experience and make them a Bossy nature and they will treat all the poor employees as a slave. Torture them and they don't care about any of the employees' mental state if they want to fire any of the employees they will treat him so badly that the person will abscond so that they don't have to pay a penny, they never make a salary on committed date a lot more but can't express please don't join this place.

Nothing there is nothing to like but just the few of my colleagues are the reason to work there

Dislikes

Behaviour no time management if you object any of there decision they'll terminate you first they gave tea break of 15 min later they did it to 10 and there are two tea breaks when decided later they just say that there is only one tea break
