Working environment is excellent. So helpful for learning the work. Many programs conduct the industry. And hospital Bill claimable scheme available. Conduct the knowledge learning programs and classes.

No option compensation for leave. More money is reduce for leave.

You can get to meet people from different districts. Other than that there is nothing I liked about that company

No benefits in terms of salary no incentive or perks. They won't even treat you like a person.you are expendable. So even if you work extremely hard they won't mind letting you go.

...portive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Turbo energy is a very productive company from last 7-8 months. proud to be part of the turbo family. All person are very kind and helpful. Encouragement towards everyone is good.

...aint about food. But still no solution. Salary is very less as compared to work. Work is very much but salary is less. Here overtime money also very less. All oprator complaint about this before 6 month to plant head but not getting favourable reply.

Safety Must Of the Company, Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transperent. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign
