Actually they have to look seperately what staffs are doing, if they are doing hardwork then you have to understand that he also needs some good appeals. As such there's nothing like dislike.

The company is open to innovation and rapidly adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that produces high quality products with timely delivery. I like freedom of working culture due to that I am able to deliver of many projects enhancing great confidence in me.

Dislikes

I don't find and dislike here. Growth is little slow but I feel it is due to present scenario of market which may hopefully be change .

Environment is fine and provides you with a good work balance

Growth is extremely slow,appraisal is a rare thing to happen at this place,Work pressure is not much but there is no job security.Except for work there is nothing else,no events,no trips,overall pretty boring.No other facility provided,not even health insurance.Moreover its a 6 day working throughout the year
