...t of politics and management doesn't solve issues being their short term tenure. Salary is ok but career growth is very slow. Basic HR function, openness & thought of inclusiveness is missing.

... comes from various culture background , and we work happily in collaboration. compensation is decent ,growth is good. Fun time - Diwali Celebration , Secret Santa Game.

company owners are good salary is not on time depends on mood of hr , but over mr.beri is worst

The most i like is everyone have craving of learning and always ready to learn and develop themselves . All the top management are always ready to support staff plus workers who are working in contracts. Safety department always give priority to work with safety either it will cost higher to company and may be production will impact but they prioritize safety first. And many more to say about this company.
