We can get a very good work experience to work in multy national companies in offshore and onshore as an ndt inspector. The job training is given new joinees.

Dislikes

... a lot of politics inside management and doesn't consider our feelings or needs. Salary is not decent because just start from 10000 basic salary and career growth is fast but salary hike is too bad. We have to submit all our certifications from sslc to degrees and passport also and There is a bond when the time of resign we have to pay a huge amount of money to get that certificates the name of got that job training and ndt certifications it's perfectly cheating.

Job security not much predictable, work culture is fine , in Rajasthan talking about management it's also not predictable , whatever the company policy is acceptable

I Rajasthan there is much think to say but no is here to take serious taking about faculties, about salary is decent, growth ya obviously very slow

The company is open to innovate and easily adopts freshers to learn the latest inspection technique. I love thst i m a part of a team that company. As a result , I get to travel abroad, especially Malaysia and Singapore.

Compensation is decent, but growth is medium.

It is good company to start a career. Good to gain fitter skills. Some senior inspectors, Campboss are good people.

Dislikes

If you're not south indian espetially from kerala or you have any bigshot reference, forget about growth. They compramize quality of facilities for cost cutting, they used provide average quality but now they provide worst. This company always in loss so forget the dream of making good money and respect is dead. It is less technical more washing and cleaning job. Most of kerala people are very partial and arrogant, they will make you quit the job.

I STARTED MY OIL AND GAS FIELD EXPERIENCE IN TUBESTAR AND I WORKED THERE 5 YEARS WITHOUT ANY ISSUES WITH ADMIN AND TECHNICAL DEPARTMENTS, THEY ARE VERY SUPPORTIVE IN ALL CASES. WITH THAT EXPERIENCE AND WITH THAT REPUTATION I GOT SELECTED TO ABROAD EASILY.
